Membership FAQ

How many files can I download?

As many as you want. There is no daily or monthly cap while your membership is active.

What is included?

Every STL model in the shop, including helmets, minis, anime, movies, TV and video game characters. STL Packs are the only exception and keep their normal price.

Are new models included?

Yes. Each new file we publish is unlocked for you automatically while you are a member (STL Packs excepted).

How do I cancel?

Open your membership account page and click Cancel. You keep access until the paid period ends, and no further payment is taken.

Can I keep files after I cancel?

Yes. Anything you downloaded stays yours to print for personal use.

Can I sell the files or the prints?

No. Membership downloads are licensed for personal use only. Reselling files or printed copies is not permitted.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay with a credit or debit card, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them.
